Sometimes it’s not your CV that’s the problem, but life itself: stress, feeling overwhelmed, conflicts, or a lack of structure make it hard to take action at all. In psychosocial coaching, we help you rebuild calm, order, and direction, and plan the next steps realistically. Confidential, respectful, and individual, in Berlin.
You decide what you want to talk about. We work step by step and at your pace.
Non-binding. You don’t have to “prepare” anything except yourself.
Psychosocial coaching under §16k SGB II (often just called “16k”) is support for when personal burdens are getting in the way – for example stress, feeling overwhelmed, conflicts, or a lack of structure. The goal is to build more stability, direction, and room to act in everyday life again, so that professional steps or next decisions become possible once more. At the Job Center and in the law, this offer is called “holistic support” (ganzheitliche Betreuung) under Section 16k SGB II – sometimes written SGB 2. It means the same thing.
In coaching, we sort out together what’s blocking you right now, what’s good for you, and which small steps are realistic. It’s not about “functioning perfectly”, but about getting back into action, at your pace and with a clear plan.
Important: Coaching does not replace psychotherapy and is not acute or crisis help. If you urgently need support right now, we’ll help you find the right places to turn to.
In short: §16k coaching helps you make everyday life and burdens more stable again, so that professional steps become manageable again.
Stopping costs you nothing. If you stop the coaching or don’t start it at all, this does not count as a breach of duty. Section 16k paragraph 4 SGB II expressly exempts this case from the rules under which a benefit reduction would otherwise be possible. So you don’t risk any cut to your benefits.
Funding usually runs through a 16k voucher issued by your Job Center. Providers need an accreditation under SGB III for this – Good Prospects has it.

Depending on your situation, in §16k (16k) coaching we start at the points that help you most right now – down to earth and at your pace.
We look at what’s weighing on you right now and develop strategies that relieve you in everyday life straight away. That brings back more calm and security.
We make visible what already helps you and what carries you, even if it doesn’t feel that way right now. From that, we build new routines and more self-confidence.
We sort out topics, set priorities, and plan small, realistic steps that are actually doable in everyday life. So that you don’t just know what you want to do, but actually get it done.
Once there’s more stability again, we look ahead. Together we clarify next steps and develop a perspective that fits your life.
For you, when there’s too much at once right now.
Psychosocial coaching under §16k SGB II (16k) supports you when personal burdens are becoming too much and you need structure and direction again.

Your head is full, appointments slip away, and even small tasks take energy. In coaching, we sort out together what’s weighing on you and, step by step, rebuild structure and security in everyday life.

When things are difficult privately, everything else often suffers too, and the inner ground is missing. In coaching, you get space to sort things out, clarify boundaries, and find ways to rebuild more calm and stability.

You want to change something, but you lack the energy, courage, or a clear direction. In coaching, we develop realistic next steps, strengthen your room to act, and help you stay with it, at your pace.
In the first consultation, we calmly clarify what you need and whether the coaching is right for you.
No. Psychosocial coaching does not replace psychotherapy and does not make diagnoses. It supports you in building more stability, structure, and direction in everyday life again.
For people who receive benefits under SGB II and notice: right now it’s all too much at once and it’s hard to take action. The coaching can help you sort through what’s weighing on you and, step by step, regain more room to act.

That depends on your situation and is arranged individually. What matters is: the process stays down to earth and realistic, at your pace.
In psychosocial coaching, your stability in everyday life comes first – not application documents or job boards. Professional steps can become a topic later, once there’s more calm and direction again.
In acute crises or emergencies, coaching is not the right place to turn. If you urgently need help right now, we’ll support you in finding the right places.
