Everything we offer has one goal: that you find solid ground again in your working life. Each coaching programme is free for you if your advisor approves your participation. How to get the voucher is explained in How to apply for an AVGS. If the Job Center supports you, Coaching via the Job Center explains the way there. Sessions take place online, at our four locations in Berlin or in Rostock.

Career coaching for university graduates and academic professionals: after your studies, when returning to work or during a career change. Available in English.
Support under § 16k SGB II via the Job Center that looks at your whole situation: stability first, then the next steps. Confidential and voluntary.

How to get your coaching: via the Job Center or the Employment Agency
All three coaching programmes work the same way: your placement or integration advisor at the Job Center or the Employment Agency issues you an Activation and Placement Voucher (Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsgutschein), AVGS for short. With it, the coaching is free for you. Whether you receive the voucher is decided by your advisor case by case.
